I have a 2002 Z28 with 47,000 miles. My best dyno at 46,000 miles was

Max Power = 294.51 Max Torque = 314.05.

Keep in mind that my car was running optimally, because the injectors were just cleaned and the blackened factory Denso spark plugs had just been replaced with NGK-TR55's. My car is bone-stock meaning that I don't have any performance modifications whatsoever. (I do have a rear-end girdle and a tranny cooler, but those mods basically make the car more durable, not faster. The NGK's are maintenance mods and were factory spark plugs for some LS1 f-bodies). Also, keep in mind that I have an automatic. People say that LS1's with the T-56 are making 5% more horsepower at the rear wheels. So, 294.51*1.05 = 309.23 RWHP and 314.05*1.05 = 329.75 TQ. Expect to dyno around 309 RWHP with 329.75 TQ if your car is running at optimal levels. Of course, every car is different so anybody can correct me if I'm wrong.

308/328 hp/tq was mine @ 4K miles. I should say it was running "optimally".
