Default Russell Tube adapter users

Can this be used on a plain cut piece of aluminum tubing or does the end have to have anythign special done to it? Also, how do you keep the nut from sliding down the tube farther when tightening it?

Yes, it will go on plain tubing, no flare or anything needed.

What size fitting do we need? AN-6?
Is the stock metal line 3/8"

If this is for a fuel return line using the stock feed line, Use a -6 ( or whatever size your using ) to 3/8 tube adapter. So yea, the metal line is 3/8".
