Are the employees just guys that work on cars for a hobby and then sponsor X hired them? Or are they "real" mechanics, gone through school, got that ASE certification, go to the tuner classes, so on.

just wondering

Brad Waldron (Majority Owner) is our master tech/machinist, graduate of the High Performance Automotive program at Univ of Northwestern Ohio www.unoh.edu
Ross Beltle - asst. master tech/machinist also a graduate of the same college as Brad.

Both own and have helped maintain high performance cars since their early teens.

Andy Waldron - asst. mechanic/office manager has hands on experience with maintaining performance cars and is working on his degree in CAD and as we continue to grow will be responsible for CNC programming

Scott Waldron(me) - back ground in electronic systems troubleshooting and repair and currently hold a position as quality control specialist. hands on experience with my hotrod projects.

At most shops you will see similar backgrounds I would imagine. Hands on is where you really learn the most.

We dont believe in ASE certs. They are a joke for what we build. As for certifications my welders including myself are all certified. Myself and Jim Rowe(partner) have completely built and campaigned PROMOD cars in the past. We also update and build new Outlaw 10.5 Promod and Prostock cars. We also have 2 Topfuel customers and numerous TopAlcohol customers.
