Default TB drill mod on stock application?

Just bought a LS6 intake with a ported/ polished TB, it has had the hole in the butterfly drilled out. Will this cause surging or searching for Idel on my stock set up?

hope i got my moneys worth out of these, im praying for 15-20 hp out of them.

You will probably end up with an idle that is too high. Maybe surging and bucking. Basically you will end up with all the pleasures of having an untuned cam, without the extra power. Either get a stock blade, an aftermarket blade without a hole, or put a rivet through it. I would go with the rivet idea myself. Then you can just crack open the blade to get your IAC count right using the set screw.
