Talking The Search Is Over

Well, i finally bought my car today!!! Its a 96 TA Hardtop, arctic white with the M6. Bone stock, only has 57K on it, a Pro 5.0, and a stereo system. Took her for $8500. I mean, it may not be an LS1, but when I'm done she will hang with the best of em!!!!

OMG you bought a LT1? And then you want to bragg about it at LS1tech? (notice the lack of LT1 in the website name). Your such a loser who now owns a slow opticrap car.

J/K bro

Congrats on your new ride. The M6 should be loads of fun to and your just a good cam away from showing many LS1's your taillights. Don't forget a good catback and headers. The LT1 was choked bad in factory trim but really wakes up big time with LT's and a catback.

Congrats on the car man! For that price you could have found an LS1, but sounds like you are happy

LT1's are just as good as an LS1's. Fastest 6sp is an LT1. It just depends what you want to do with the car. You should check out the LT1 section on here. Lot of information there.

Well, BACK ON TOPIC, congrats on the car man. Don't listen to anyone that gives you crap about the price you paid or the fact that it is an lt1. I paid at little more than I should've for my car, but it was what I wanted. So enjoy it. I sometimes regret not getting an lt1 Ws6. Have fun.

The fastest T56 'F-body' is an LT1(taner, iirc). The fastest T56 car is not an LT1, sorry.
