Those with firebird/TA/WS6 and 17X11 ZR1
Those of you with this combo firebird/TA/WS6 with 17X11 ZR1 & 315 (50mm offset)
how did you make the wheels and tires fit without rubbing ?

I've got the even wider offset (36.5mm in the rear) which sticks out even more than the 50mm offset.
I had to cut the lip around the fender and tuck it up into the fenderwell.
I also had to hammer in the wheel well so the tire wouldn't rub inside. I had to re-spray the wheel well with rubberized undercoating.
Hope that helps. Btw, I'm lowered with Eibach Prokit, stock shocks with a sub in the back and I don't even come close to rubbing.

all i had to do was make sure the rearend was centered with an adjustable panhard and then pound the inner fenderwell with a hammer a little to get the clearance.if you drive it around the block a couple times and do a few hard turns the tire will rub enough to show were you need to pound it at.its not that much.
