Repairing a drilled TB

I do not like the idea of a bolt or a pop rivit, that would cause a flow obstruction. The TB is a BBK that uses a brass type material. Would the aluminum epoxy bond that it and how secure would that be? I would hate for that piece to break lose and go you know where
