Well, I still have a misfire problem on cylinder #7. I've already replaced the plugs and wires and it's had no effect. The misfire is not consistant, it usually pops up at highway speeds and occurs every five minutes or so. Sometimes longer inbetween.
What do I look at next? Fuel injector? Coil pack?

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

switch the coil pack to another cylendar, then check it again, if it follows the coil then the coil i bad.. do you have any valvetrain changes? my new rocker arms where lightly hitting a metal oil baffle in my valve cover causing that same cyl to have a miss..
