Default best way to get the shift *** off?

my stick is spinnging in the shifter, how can i get this little bugger off?

Sounds like its stripped to me, maybe just a good pull would pop it off.

Get a pair of pliers and hold the stick while spinning the **** is what I would try.

hmm sounds messed up to me...the stick should not spin since it is bolted to the shifter

it was my stock one, it was broken, thats why its getting replaced. i kept tugging and yanking on the *** and then the whole stock came out. i used locking plyers and one of those oil filter remover belts to get it off, it was a pita
