Thumbs up Naake converted me to "R" series....

Sent my front QA1's off 2 weeks to Naake and got them back. Cost $126.50 for revalving and shipping. Cheaper than having to buy new shocks for sure. Down time wasn't too bad other than Naake being on the other side of the US (California). Pretty weird, the guy that called me when everything was completed used to race at my hometown dragstrip. Actually grew up here. Very strange. Those guy's are AWESOME to deal with. 2 thumbs up! Thanks again to Fireball for the link! I love saving money....

Red face

wow...

I had an older hal shock and a newer "QA1" shock. The older one (3-4 years old ) took about $100 more to fix (it was heavily worn/broken internally )

Nonetheless, it cost 240 for both of them rebuilt, upgraded to "R" series and shipped

better than $400 new I suppose

It'll be much cheaper next time (probably have them rebuilt yearly now)

I am highly impressed. Shocks looked brand new (they are kinda old) when I got them back. They even cleaned all the rust off the outer part of the shafts

Ditto. Mine looked like I had bought a brand new pair of shocks. Good people to do business with!
