Default Where do you buy your regulators??

I think I need a window regulator for the drivers side door on my 99Z28. Is the dealer the only place to get these other than junk yards and ebay?? They want $169 for the regulator and the motor and they can sell me the motor seperate but can not sell the regulator seperate if you but the regulator you it comes with the motor. WTF???? Talk about getting reamed!!
