Default who has used mahle pistons?

Hi,
Has anyone in here used the mahle pistons? If so how did you do the rings? I test fit them the other day and they seemed to fit just fine out of the package. With my others I have had to grind out the overlap. but these were just nice a snug against eachother?

Do they still need to be ground or what is the deal with them?
Thanks
ed
