P2V clearance with TREX on the stock bottom end?

P2V clearance with TREX on the stock bottom end? So I have a WS6 TA bone stock, and a 98 TT 408 camaro, the camaro has a TREX with ported heads.
The camaro heads also have outer valve cover bots vs center valve cover bolts, and I am getting a new cam for the camaro so its time to move the TREX over to the TransAm, my question is, will the cam have any P2V issues?
