So eastside was doing a big sale so I decided to buy a set of leather seats they had. I had sent numerous messages to them asking questions about the seats and kept getting responses saying they are "perfect" yatta yatta yatta. Figuring since they are a shop with some reputation I trusted them and bought the seats. The other day I took out my old seats and was going to put the new ones in when I noticed that the passanger seat is basically useless until a ruin a good seat to transfer over the bottoms. The track and where the track mounts to on the bottom of the seat is bent. I have sent them messages that have been read but I have gotten no response. I tried not to turn it into a big deal but they leave me no choice. I will never buy from these people again and I hope many of you think twice before you do. I can swap the whole bottom part over but then I have a useless seat still so I can't sell it.

how was the packaging on the shipping? it coulld have been shipping related damage

I can't tell from the pics, but is it anything that a BFH couldn't solve?

Problem is being taken care of by Eastside so I apologize to them and I would do business with again. And no a BFH wouldn't work, the whole bottom of the seats is pretty much shot.
