Default Sparkplug question

I have the TR6 NGK plugs in my car. What should I gap them too with my mod wich are listed in my sig?
NGK TR6 Spark Plugs, One heat range colder than stock, gapped at .035 (Works well in Nitrous, Supercharger, or High-compression motors)

It is my understanding that if you are not running FI or nitrous, you should stick with stock heat range (TR55's in this case). I don't see FI or nitrous in your sig, so maybe the TR6's will hurt your performance more than help it.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

I gap my plugs at .045ish.

we have been having alot of sparkplug discussions over in the nitrous forum, go check it out. but if you are not running nitrous you don't need a colder plug and you can run at stock gap of .055
