Did anyone get their heads that were "told" they were getting them recently?

Called Jay 5x last week with no call back...

Gave him 1 week to start returning my money or I was filing charges.

Don't feel bad, he hasn't called me back yet still either. I've only tried a couple times, but it just doesn't seem worth it to me to keep calling and calling. He has my cell #, so if he wants to talk to me he can. I'm sure a lot of it is that he is scared about telling myself and others the truth about his predicament.

Also, after talking to a few people, I think I understand what the situation is with him and maybe why he isn't calling certain people back such as ourselves. PM me if you want to talk.
