Default Stock Pump... how many LPH?

How many LPH does the stock pump put out? If it is enough, I want to just buy the 155 LPH Holley one from Thunder Racing? Would that be sufficient on my basically stock car?

I bought the 155 lph pump and dropped it in because I thought that it was the stock fuel pump size for an ls1 and it said that it the pump could handle 491 hp (much more that i will be cranking out), but now I am really regretting it because I asked the same question and everyone was like, "that wont even hold up a modified 4 cylinder". Personally for you i would just say pay the extra $50 bucks so you dont have to regret it in the future, for me I just have to decide whether a)the 155 LPH pump will be enough for me, b)should I get an inline which i might have a rough time getting the right connections due to my third gens all hard lines and will probably be noisey, or c)droppin the rear end and tank again to swap in a 255 LPH pump.
