Where to send out stock rockers to get modded?

Where to send out stock rockers to get modded? i remember talking to a ls1tech member on how YT's and other rockers suck because there isnt enough pressure over the valves and valve float was occuring. Someone offered a service to rebuild the stock rockers with upgraded rollers so they dont explode and send the little needle bearings all over inside your engine. Who does that? I am about to install my cam and so i want to send the rockers out. thanks
