I have a ws9 outlaw hood from us exotics and i am having major problems wit it fitting.It hits the master cylinder, and in places the hood is to low and in other places the hood is way to high. Has anyone used this hood, if so did you have any problems?????

I wouldn't worry too much about it, roger really knows his sh*t, and I'm sure he will be able to walk you through it all. I got a hood about a year ago from another company that I was having the same kinds of problems with, and roger took about an hour out of his day over the phone to walk me through the adjustments and make it right, even though I didn't even buy the hood from him. My hood is set up right now, but if I ever get another hood, you know who I'm calling this time. Just be patient, there are a million different adjusments on the firebirds that I had know idea even existed. It sounds like one of the problems might be the latch mech. in the engine bay needs to come up a bit to set the hood a higher to help clear the master cylinder. That's one of the the things I had to move, but it was really easy and solved alot of my problems. Good luck with everything

I bought one his his hood about 2 months ago and it fits perfect, In fact the body shop told me it was one of the best after market hodds that they have seen

update I talked to roger today and he said that he made the back of the hood to tall and he is making me a new one.He said that he would cover all shiping cost,and that i could keep the old one and do with it whatever i wanted to

I didn't have any problems with my Outlaw hood fitting either.

Roger is a stand-up guy. Glad to hear he is taking care of things for you.
