Default Fuel Pressure Fluctuations

Here's what happens

I have the Racetronix Fuel Pump.

Idle 62 PSI, WOT 6500 RPMS, it will drop to 50-52 PSI, fuel filter has been replaced recently. I'm not running lean on wide band, but i will be spraying 150 very soon.

Also my psi will fluctuate at idle, anywhere from 62psi to 58 psi. It seems to normally be lower when its warm outside.

Does this mean I need a fuel pressure regulator? Is this normal for the psi to drop this much?
