Default M6 guys w/28x10.5 ....need your help please

OK ..im looking at some 28x10.5 ET drags and I see 2 different types..both have M5 compound

BUt I C the other has a Stiffer Sidewall ..I have heard that a stick car does a little better job of hooking on a stiffer sidewall... is this true..what R your thoughts..

and another thing I was looking at was HOOSIER 28x10 R these good also?
I have heard that the hoosiers are a little more stable on the top end of the 1/4..or is this just hear say?

thanks for any replies

i have no stability problems on my et drags at 130 and so far have had no problem hooking on the regular version so i dont see a need for the stiff ones yet. i would like to try out the w's tho
