If a rim is bead screwed can radial be mounted on it after?

If a rim is bead screwed can radial be mounted on it after? If a weld wheel has E.T. Streets bead screwed could they be dismounted a regular radial mounted on them after or would the radial need to be screwed too?Also can you screw a radial to the rim?
