Default Gauge wiring.......

Hey did you guys actually drill a hole in the firewall to run the gauges? I didn't on my 97 but I got the fuel pressure gauge and the wires aren't long enough. If so where did you drill it??

thanks

I drilled mine under the steering column. Directions say to drill a 1" hole so you can get the wire harness through. I just drilled a small hole, cut the wiring harness off the end, threaded the wires through, and crimped them back together and plugged it in.

you could extend the wires and go through the hole where the pcm wires go through on the pass side...

thats what i did on my 97 but the wiring for the fuel pressure gauge is thick. I'll probably cut it and recrimp and extend also.
