Default Paint problem

The paint on the hood of my 2000 SS has a few bubble in it. The local Chevy dealer and area rep say it is not their problem. They say it is SLP's problem and to contact them.

Is that corrrect and how have you guys gotten your hoods repaired?

Thanks.

your dealer should be contacting them for you. All the warranty work should be handeled thru the dealership. It's a pretty common problem. Not sure though if it still has a warranty being a 2000 model?????? Check your owners manual for how long the paint is under warranty. Good Luck

Your dealership is full of lazy biatches. Go back there and tell them to do their job. What are you going to do, send it up to Canada to get painted?

**** SLP, they won't did crap for you! Sorry for swearing, but I hate those bastards more than Hitler himself. Wouldn't buy another SLP product if my life depended on it.

Yup, they'll tell it's not our problem, call SLP. Then you'll get the runaround for several months and nothing good will come from it.

Just have a pro fix it.
