cam install dot to dot ?
Putting a 233/239 112 lope with +2 advance. Can i line up cam and crank gear dot to dot or does the crank gear need to be advanced 2 degrees. The timing chain is a 22 tooth double rollmaster.

You should be fine with dot to dot. A good idea is to use some white paint or nail polish to draw lines through the dots on each gear so you can see them better.
However, it is always a good idea to go through the degreeing process to make sure your cam matches the cam card (make sure the cam card matches what you think you ordered, too). For me, its was also worth the education to go through the degreeing, piston to deck, and PTV measurements. It gives you a respect for the small tolerances and engineering involved in our engines.
