They are separate. The easiest thing to do would be to buy a 2WD TH400 from the vendor of your choice and then buy the GV directly from Gear Vendors. Randy Palmer is still with Gear Vendors as far as I know, he's a great guy - loves to hear about his customers' projects.
One little bonus to think about - the GV has a VSS output you can feed your PCM with. No TH400 reluctor ring or VSS conversion to worry about.
