Blinking Service Engine Soon Light?????????????

What does it mean when your service engine light starts blinking. It happened to me the otherday on my way home from work and it kind of worried me.

i think it means your misfiring when it blinks.

Yup, probably a loose or disconnected plug wire.

It's possible you need to have it scanned, and find out exactly what error the PCM is throwing. AutoZone will sometimes do it for free.
