Default What I need to finish 9" install???

I bought the rear used 9" 4.10's Detroit 35 spline axles. I ordered new axle bearings, seals, T-bolts, and new U-joint straps. Now is there some kind retainer ring that locks the bearing in that goes on the axle? I forgot to mention this to the guy at Moser when I ordered my stuff.

Another thing where is a good place to get a drive shaft made? Will it be ok to get one locally built ionstead of the mail order type?

i have the same question on the retainer ring. it looks kinda like a horseshoe. do you have to have those or do you just bolt the backing plates to the housing.

I would assume you would have to press your backing plates on then install your axles with the C Clips and pinion spacer. After install the new yolk in your driveshaft if you are keeping the stock one and then install it. I am not an expert but this is what I am understanding so far.
