Default After market RR's....

Who has had problems? I seem to get a mixed message evertime I ask someone about changing RR's. Some say the will protect your motor (wont spill needle bearings in your motor). Some say the will hurt performance, by means of valve float. I have been also told that it isnt worth chaning the stock ones until you go with a full shaft mount like the T&D's, Jesels. Who here is spinning their motor above 7000rpms with aftermarket RR's. (I should say RR's like yella terras, harland sharps... not he $1200 jesels) Any input here would be great.

TIA

Wes
