Do I need programming or something, when I change my fuel injectors for larger?

What is the best 40# injector?

why they are same price?
who buy 37# when 42# at same price?

Yes, you will need tuning. If you don't tell the computer that the injectors are bigger, it won't change the pulse time and you will run really rich under cruise condtions. I don't have an LS1, so I can't recommend any. I hear LS1Edit is pretty cool.

Most aftermarket injectors are about the same price. Bigger injectors are harder to tune for part-throttle operation, but it can be done.

You will need tuning. Only by injectors for fuel needs. If you only need 30 don't get 42# injectors. HP tuners and EFI live are some nice tuning programs.
