Tinted windows

Is there anyway to fix the spot in the back window where the tint can't stick to the window all the way because of the dots.

I've seen many methods like black vinyl over the dots. Glueing the tint. Painting the dots, even sanding the dots down. I might just leave mine alone.

VERY lightly sanding the dots will usually help.

I think Im gng to cut out the tint and paint the area just make it a nice job and if I ever take the ting off it would just be the area with the goofy dots would be just black but Im not sure yet
