Default SES light

Is it possible to have an SES light on for a week and then go out one day and start the car and the light is no longer on? Or did the bulb burn out. What do you think?

I've had this problem since the Mac header were installed @ Little Monsters a couple of months ago. Shaun tapped it for me and said it was a cold start issue and he replaced the drivers side O2 sensor after the cat. A week after the new O2 sensor was installed the light came back on. Now today I started it up and the light is off

Thanks in advance.
