Default cams for ls6 heads

looking for any possible cams used with GM performance parts ls6 heads.
Part # 88958665

Some of the best low and mid-lift numbers we have ever seen from a stock size valve. These heads will flow over 200cfm at 0.300" lift and 290+ at 0.500". Fully assembled with the 2002 Z06 light-weight valves and the new '02 valve springs. Care must taken to check pushrod length and proper intake installation when using these cylinder heads. Price is for each cylinder head.
cr=11.2 to 1
Currently running GMPP LS1 Hot Cam, 219/228 Duration @ 0.050, Hydraulic Roller Camshaft Kit 112lsa. Through Hi flow cats 402 rwhp
I was thinking about LS1 ASA, 226/236 Duration @ 0.050, Hydraulic Roller Camshaft.
Any help!

What will you be doing with the car? Different cams are better for different uses

with the good flow numbers of the heads, y limit them with only a .525" lift cam? anything from a TR224/114 on the small side, to an MTI G1 in the middle, to an LG G5X3 on the large side would work real well...

Worried about lift do to 0.050 of an inch machined of the deck of the heads.
But i'm using 0.050 shorter push rods. Do not know how much lift I can go with in case rocker arm geomotry is off.
