Can a 2000 F-body 4L60E be switched out with the Automatic in the new GTO's ?

its not too much different it is still a 4l60e as far as i know i they made a few updates to it and call it the 4l65e now i mean if ya got one its gotta bolt right up id assume but your way better off doing a hi-po rebuild of a 4l60e IMO
