Get a PS pulley installer/remover tool from the local automotive store. (Pep Boys, Napa, Autozone, etc.)
Pull the pulley. Carefully loosen the lines. Unbolt the pump.
Viola!!!

If you don't want to remove the pulley, you can use a gear wrench to remove the mounting bolts.

No. When you have to replace your p/s pump and order it from a parts shop it comes bare, no pulley, no reservoir, and no p/s hoses.
Are you removing it because it leaks?
Make sure you check the reservoir and lines for leaks, when I changed mine I found out that my reservoir ($40) had a crack in it and that was much cheaper than replacing the pump.
And for removing the p/s pump you can unbolt the bracket that it's resting on. The only hard bolt is the one that is directly behind it, theres not too much space
