Default N2O+Stock short block@5500ft

How much nitrous should the stock pistons/short block be able to hold? I am running the TNT F2 jetted for 100 now and that's giving me 563/627, but I am at 5500 feet and I only make 468/521 here in Albuquerque. I just want to be able to run as much as I can without breaking anything. I understand that anything can happen, I just want to know if anyone has any experiance at high altitudes. Thanks for any input.
