they can vary depending on paint job,car manufacutre,motor,rear-end like 4 link or slip joint.You can go mild or wild basically.

haha when i had my jr.we put a lil shot of nitrous the head bolts didn't like it to much.I think turnin 7800K then goin to 9000K instantly wasn't to good.
