I have never been told to stop asking for upgrades....

He told me I would have to buy the computers instead of calling him up and asking for his help.

I guess I should went with Nelson in the first place....

Oh not to mention I have had so many problems with these computer... They never set right they neer work all the way like you think they would..

He really seems to never have time for his customers....

I appreciate all his help.... but I think his services will no longer be needed...

Plus its not that good anyway.............

Sorry to hear that. I agree, you should have gone with Nelson. I have been up to San Antonio several time and everytime Allen has time to update my tune on my 02 Sierra.

Well there is free upgrades for 60 or 90 days.... and then he tells me he wont be able to keep doing this????

It kinda pissed me off...
