the hard lines i got with my direct port kit are flared on one end do I need to flare the other end? The kit comes with what looks to be a crush nut or something for the end that is not flared.

How far should the nozzle be in the port all the threads turned in or some threads showing? Should I locktite the nozzle or thread tape it?

No need to flare the other end at the block...only the jet/nozzle end of the line use the compression fitting it comes with. The nozzle needs to protrude approx 7/16 inch.Use teflon paste for the nozzle.

I need to clear this up....the flare side of the line goes to the nozzle. The compression fitting side goes to the distribution block.
