It doesn't matter what size wheels you have. The wheels get bigger, but the tires get thinner. The overall outside diameter of the tire stays the same.
Here is a 17" wheel next to a 19" wheel:
So, to answer your question, any lowering springs on the market will work, as long as you have the proper sized tires on the car.

I bought rK sports lowering springs 1 3/4 in front and 2in drop in rear it looks nice and low I dont know if they still sell that kit anymore tho my buddy went with an all around 2in drop and it looks great
