Default times suck but it was still fun

well i went out to the track yesterday and i could tell not driving my car in about 4 months hurt my shift times a little lol (plus im pretty easy on the car when shifting ever since i slammed third and lost the stock clutch, but i shouldnt be with the spec in there now) anyway, went out and logged and the car was lean, then corrected itself to be real rich. but here is the time

60'...........2.220
1/8.........8.747
mph.............85.719

my best mph was 85.784. in hp tuners when i exported the log it took 4 frames for me to get into 2nd and 3 frames to get in 3rd, pretty slow lol. this was on nittos that didnt wanna hook too well either. guess ill get the tune right and go work on my driving a little bit. im sure some 86 mph traps are in there with some better tune and shifting. the car is just bolt ons except for pulley and some other small things. tire pressures were also at about 30.

what kinda pressures do you guys run at the track? i was thinking about 26 or so but i didnt have a pump to get them back up this time. maybe ill try again in a week or 2 and see how it goes. i still need to get some practice off the line, this was the second time i have been at the track, last time was a year ago, for a total of 9 runs, 4 and then 5 the second time. i got it down so i dont have much wheel spin off the line but the car bogs a little killing the time. i just have to find a happy medium.

any pointers would be great, let me know what else i can try, thanks

i wanna head to the rock one day and see. my buddy, along with some hellacious driving pulled a 2.0 60' on street tires there and turned 8.4 with just a few bolt ons

but of course he has ran out there about 100 times i think. 20 in one day
