It is one of the cars that I ordered for HPTuners. I was able to read and save my information to the computer however got this error when trying to write to the VCM.

I'm not sure what is causing this problem.

Any help is appreciated.

We got your e-mail through support, I'll be e-mailing you in a little bit..

I'm pretty sure the error message says contact us directly at our support e-mail address for fastest response. You did good.

Thanks!
