Default Quick question that you may not have thought of....

Has anyone used a modefied 4L60E dipstick in a TH350 for a fbody swap?

can it be done, has it been tried?

Why not just make a TH350 one similar bends to a 4L60 one?

I've done it, it's a pain in the *** because of the difference between the hole location and bellhousing bolt, they're different between the two transmissions.
It can be done, I've done it, I also refuse to put a trans dipstick in without the tab being bolted in place so I've removed that and welded back before.
Whats really nice is if you have access to a gear driven refrigerant tubing bender for that size pipe.
Now I've never done this on a fourth gen camaro, I can see it could be more difficult on these cars.
