what ever time u pick up on your 60' double that and that will be the time you pick up in the 1/4 mile so if you ran a 2.07 and you run a 1.97 on drag radials you should go from a 13.5 1/4 to a 13.3.... what mods do u have if any?

I had always heard that you could do 60' to 1/4 mile that way....but when I first ran my car at thet rack I had 2.0 60's and ran 12.9. Went back with some minor adjustments and better launch technique. Ran 1.72-1.75 60's and 12.6's. Dropped ~0.25-0.3 from the 60' and ~0.3 from the 1/4.

i was told that too and all the #s were right for it to happen except it was braket racing and i hit the brakes hard at the other end went 2.3 60' w/ 14.7 @93 then went 2.02 w/ 14.67 @81 1000' was same as friends mustang who ran a 14.08 his car has continued to run the same mine got built motor and then blew up after beating a mustang that ran 12.9 @ 81 on drag radials witha 1.9 60' couldnt get the tranny to shift into od and the blower belt blew off never ran the built motor at the track though
