I got Black Z06 Motorsports with rivets off ebay, 58mm offset with 335/30/18 michelin pilot sports. No rub
EDIT Oh yea you have to roll the lip and beat the fender well but that's a given with these wheels.

I have OEM Z06 wheels, which are 58mm offset on the 18" rears, I believe... they fit with a little massaging of the inner well. Not much, just a little.
I've got Goodyear F1 Supercars on all four corners...

OEM Z06 rims....18x10.5 with 58mm offset.
I have pirelli Pzero 295/35/18 on rear of camaro.
Stock panhard rod.
My rear is very close to being centered, only 1/4 inch off, I measured.
I did very minor hammer mod. Less than I thought before I bought them.
I only get rubbing on driver side if I hit a dip and the rear becomes
slightly "lightened"....like over a dip in the road, not necessarily a pothole, but
some of those also make the wheel rub. I never run going in driveways
or cornering....even at 55mph on an onramp to the expressway. 55 is as
fast as I can go, any faster and the tires start to "howl". So I am putting
some load on the suspension. No rubbing on lefthand onramp nor righthand onramp.
If I got a Pan hard rod, I think this rubbing would go away.
It's only the tire that rubs, because there is no damage on my rim.
THere is the undercoating rubbed away in my wheel well. The
tire has some scuff marks on it, but nothing that has caused
an abrasion. the surface of the tire has not been broken. It's
almost like it has "streaks" on the tire sidewall, but no damage.
I feel 100% behind the tire, not worrying about a flat or anything.
tHat's why I continue to drive it this way. I am 100% confident
that it will not cause a fllat or damage anything.
I wish I had a few more mm of room(less offset)in the rear though, then I could getaway with 315's back there...with fender roll of course!
I say 295's all day long with any offset 58mm or smaller, like 54mm or 50mm.
