Default cc 224/228 or mti stealth 2

I was going to put a comp cam 224/228 581/588 114 in my car but now I am considering MTI stealth 2 224/220 581/581 116.I have a set of mildly ported 241s w/ patroit golds that gave another member 25 rwhp I will be putting these on as well, this is a daily driver A$ in CA and must pass emissions, what do you guys recommend, what will make power.BEFORE anyone trys to say anything about the 224/228 not passing emissions I have already spoke with some tuners ie:senergy and some others and was told they have passed those cams with no issues as long as I have cats.I will be adding this to what is in my sig minus the 216/220 of course.

I have the Stealth II and both these cams are in the same power range (Peak).

I chose this cam mainly for 2 reasons:
1- Makes power as good than some bigger cams (good trq down low and a nice flat curve till 6600)
2- The Stealth factor as it idles similar to a nervous stock cam

With Stage 2 LS6 heads, COLONEL made 11.2 passes and 420 rwhp on a A4 with SS4000 stall.
I got 404rwhp/383rwtq with bolt ons, (241 heads W/ LS6 valves, 918's Tit retainers, in brief "light valvetrain", .045 Cometic gaskets and with a int/exhaust portmatching); but no porting or milling.
