Default Help with leaky master cylinder

A while back I noticed my clutch seemed to have some air in the system. I tried bleeding it but would not stay bled so I decided it was a faulty master cylinder. I swapped out the entire master cylinder assembly and did the drill mod at the same time. I also poured some brake cleaner through the little tube to get the metal shavings out, then immediately read brake cleaner was bad for this so I flushed it out with a lot of brake fluid then reinstalled.

This worked great for several months, never even had to bleed it. Now it has started to basically do the same thing again. Bleeding it doesn't really help but when I go out to my car if the pedal is sticking I can just fill up the master cyl reservoir and it will work fine for the next few days. Does this sound like another master cylinder problem or could it be the slave or something else? Any thoughts?
