NHTSA Recall # 99V239000 ?!?!?!?

Default NHTSA Recall # 99V239000 ?!?!?!?

ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS RECALL FIXED BY GM???
I just called a local transmission shop to get a price for replacing the master/slave and lines, and he told me to call GM and get them to do right on this recall, anyone else hear of this or actually made gm fix it?? if so which dealerships and how do you go about it?????

Potential Number Of Units Affected : 69
Summary:
VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: PASSENGER VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH MANUAL TRANSMISSIONS. THE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER MAY HAVE BEEN BUILT WITH AN INCORRECT RETAINING RING.
Consequence:
THIS MAY NOT ALLOW THE CLUTCH SYSTEM TO DISENGAGE THE CLUTCH WHEN THE CLUTCH PEDAL IS DEPRESSED, RESULTING IN UNINTENTIONAL VEHICLE MOVEMENT, INCREASED STOPPING DISTANCES, ENGINE STALLS, AND DIFFICULTY IN SHIFTING.
Remedy:
DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE HYDRAULIC CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER WITH A NEW CYLINDER.
Notes:
GM RECALL NO. 99056. OWNER NOTIFICATION BEGAN SEPTEMBER 8, 1999. OWNERS WHO TAKE THEIR VEHICLES TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ON AN AGREED UPON SERVICE DATE AND DO NOT RECEIVE THE FREE REMEDY WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME SHOULD CONTACT CHEVROLET AT 1-800-222-1020 OR PONTIAC AT 1-800-762-2737. ALSO CONTACT THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY TRAFFIC SAFETY ADMINISTRATION'S AUTO SAFETY HOTLINE AT 1-888-DASH-2-DOT (1-888-327-4236).

there are only 69 cars affected by this recall

Hey 'antz01ta' what seems like it is wrong?
The recall itself or the fact that only 69 vehicles were involved?

Did anyone on this site actually have to do this recall?

69 vehicles seems wrong to me.
