Adjusting Timing for Cam?
I have got my ltrims set pretty good and my O2's are looking pretty good. I have the mods in sig and i am only pulling like 22-24 degrees of timing at WOT. What does the gm/sec mean anyways? Thanks.

Also what is the row in the timing/advance part of the scanner mean. I know the top is for RPM's but the column on the left go from .08-1.20 and my readings on the typical scan only go up to .84 so I dont think its Throttle position. As i did a few WOT runs.

How come on the scanner it goes up to 1.20 and on the Editor it only goes up to 1.0? On my timing curve on the editor it says 28 at .6 but in the scanner I was only pulling 22 degrees? hoe can i correct his to get full timing. Should I up it to 34 on the editor to see if it goes up to 28 degrees on the scanner? Also why is the timing always so much higher at lower RPM's and lower throttle position?

I have no know Knock. I looked at the table a little closer and it was set around 24 at 0.60gms/cyl+. I changed them to 28 in a few spots from like 2800rpm-4,500rpm. 4,500 and up was at 28. I guess I will have to see what happens.
