after reading more cam options
alot of you guys rave about the FMS cams
so I checked out some of the #'s yall were getting and was thinking of ordering one of theirs now
Here is the setup I'll have...
04' GTO A4, TCI 3000 stall, and stock 3.43 gears
I was wondering if I should snag a FM12-112 or FM13-112
Do I have enough gearing for these?
Will the 112 idle rougher than the 114 lsa's?
Will it drive nicely?
thanks in advance, i'm sure it's been covered but I appreciate any help

Yep the 112 will idle rougher than 114, but it will be more fun when you put your foot in it. The rest of your questions are largely subjective, i.e. vary according to a persons tastes. IMO it would be fine with your setup and drive nicely, but not as nicely as before. My guess is you will probably get used to the difference and enjoy the improved top end power. Aftermarket cams are for people that like to use the full amount of power the engine will develop; if you never do that you will hate it. But since you are on this forum, I think you are the first type of person.

I forgot your name, but this is Danny (ZYouL8R) from TRS.
Either cam will work fine for you. I have a slightly smaller cam w/ a 4400 stall and 3.23 gears. The 112 will have a little more of a lope to it and may be a slight more pain in the *** to get to idle at times but it's no big deal, it's all in the tuning. Lope is more a function of a cam's overlap, which LSA is a factor of.

I'm gonna have to agree w/Cal here, unless you're racing to the 60', the bigger cams are typically better down the 1/8 and 1320, unless you are really well setup.
